Brothers Mike Irwin ’67 (football co-captain), Tom Stuart ’67 (football, wrestling, chapter social chairman), Dick Hayes ’68 (IFC, University planning committee), John Kennon ’68 (GM) and Warren Hartenstine ’67 met at Penn State for Blue White weekend where they joined a host of fellow Alpha Delta brothers from their era at a tailgate.
During our travels around campus, we attended the Political Science honors student dinner and ground breaking for the new ice rink. We met with College of Liberal Arts Dean, Susan Welch; said hello to new head football coach, Bill O’Brien; talked with Acting Athletic Director and fellow football letterman and All American wrestler, Dave Joyner; and checked in with former Director of Football Operations and now project manager for the new ice rink, Tom Venturino. Associated Athletic Director Fran Ganter invited us to the Friday walk through practice session for the Blue White game.
